Sounds silly, but most Realtors and Attorneys require this document prior to showing you a home or accepting your contract. To receive this from Marquee Mortgage all we need is:

2. Present Address
3. Social Security Number
4. Yearly Salary

The Loan Application Process

By phone, at your home, through UPS, or at our facilities, we will meet your needs so as to eliminate you taking unnecessary time off from work!

We try to keep the paperwork down to the basics...

1. One month of paycheck stubs
2. Signed Real Estate Contract (if purchase)
3. W2 from previous year
4. Assets: Bank or 401k Statements, etc.
5. Insurance Agent Name & Number
6. Leases if applicable
